Nore Flow 2013 - Friday 28th June to Saturday 6th July 2013

Fancy a re engagement with the river, a chance to dive into its archaeology, to swim in its poetic and musical rhythms, to crawl through its biodiversity, to do the backstroke through its social and economic history, to float in its metaphor and when all that's done to have plenty of fun?

Thomastown Community River Trust is proud to present a month long celebration of the river entitled "Nore Flow".

Activities so far include:

River4 Regatta will take place on 6th July,
song,
peotry,
folklore,
heritage exhibitions,
walks,
angling work-shops,
King of the Nore cot racing championship,
master classes,
snap net fishing demonstrations,
an audio visual display,
medieval pavilions,
archery,
puppet shows.
