ENJOY THE ESTATE ON HORSEBACK

Mount Juliet has always been synonymous with horses. Close to Mount Juliet House, the Iris Kellett Equestrian Centre, stables horses and ponies which are available for basic and advanced tuition, show jumping, trail riding through the grounds and cross-country jumping on the estate's own challenging course. With the freedom of 1,500 secluded acres to enjoy, Mount Juliet provides an exhilarating equestrian experience which visitors never forget.

Also within the boundaries of the estate is Ballylinch Stud, where the McCalmont family, bred many world famous racing horses including The Tetrarch, once known as "the fastest horse in the history of the turf". The breeding tradition continues today, and hotel's guests are invited to enjoy a personal tour of the stud during their stay.
