Having passed the Lavistown Chees business over to Knockdrinna Famrhouse Cheese, Olivia Goodwillie has now turned her attention to producing a range of delicious sausages.
They are made from pork, salt and spices ..... no filers or preservatives. There is the original garlic, a spicy red pepper sausage with chilli kick in the tail and a mild and gentle breakfast sausage. Unlike most other sausages they are suitable for people with a wheat allergy.
Available at Shortis Wongs and the Gourmet Store and you will also find them on the menu of many restaurants around the city and county of Kilkenny.
