Derek now works for himself producing wonderful handcrafted chocolates and cakes. COCOZEN produces some novelty themed cakes but mainly specialises in wedding cakes from the traditional styled cake to the increasingly popular alternatlive styles.
Derek meets the couples personally to design a cake that is special and unique for their big day.
